Acceptance

By accessing the site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the text program.

The service

BarnGlow is an AI-assisted analysis tool for public filings, issuer announcements, price and volume series, and public industry classifications. It produces dated, source-linked notes about changes in the public record. The site includes illustrative samples; they are format demonstrations, not live data.

The service is informational. It does not execute trades, hold funds or securities, manage a portfolio, or act as a broker, dealer, exchange or investment adviser.

No investment advice

BarnGlow is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

We do not tell you what to buy or sell, do not provide a rating or a valuation level to act on, and do not give personalized advice. No output is tailored to your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Consult a licensed adviser for decisions that matter to you.

Permitted use

You may use the site for lawful, personal or internal business research. You may not:

• Use the site to provide investment advice or a recommendation to another person.
• Scrape, copy or resell the site or its outputs in a way that misrepresents their source or limits.
• Attempt to access non-public systems, interfere with the service, or bypass form protections.
• Use the site in violation of applicable law, carrier rules, or the rights of another person.
• Present a sample report as current, live, or a record of a successful recommendation.

Accounts and watchlists

The public site does not require an account. If an account or watchlist is introduced, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access credentials confidential. Watchlist flags are pointers to public-record events. They are not instructions, ratings or signals.

SMS Communications

Program and sender. BarnGlow operates a marketing and promotional product text program through Barn Glow LLC. By opting in on the updates page, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from BarnGlow at the mobile number you provide.

Message types. The program sends marketing and promotional product updates only: product feature announcements, workflow guides for reading public filings, new report-format releases, educational notes about public filings, and occasional product offers. It markets the BarnGlow tool itself; it does not name a security to buy or sell, issue a rating, provide a trading call, forecast a price, or claim performance.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using this site.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. The registered keyword list, auto-replies and carrier notice are on the SMS Terms page.

Privacy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The SMS Terms and this section form the complete terms of the text program.

Public data and third parties

Public filings, announcements, prices and classifications are supplied by third parties. They may be incomplete, delayed, revised or wrong. A source may change after publication. We identify sources but do not independently audit every filing, and we do not guarantee that a data feed is uninterrupted or error-free.

The site may link to a public source or to another page on this site. It does not control a third-party site and is not responsible for its content or availability.

Intellectual property

The site design, original explanatory text, interface and analysis notes are owned by Barn Glow LLC or used under a permitted basis. Public filings and third-party data remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution, but you may not reproduce the site wholesale or remove a source or illustrative label.

Disclaimers

The site and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that a report is complete, current, or suitable for your decision. The samples are illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barn Glow LLC and its members, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or investment losses arising from use of the site or reliance on an output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no amount was paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Barn Glow LLC against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time and may reply STOP to end text messages. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable rules change. A revised version will show a new effective date. Material changes will be posted before they take effect. If a change to the SMS program requires new consent, we will ask for it rather than assume it.
