A The product

What is BarnGlow?

BarnGlow is an AI-assisted analysis tool for the public record of US-listed companies. It reads periodic filings, issuer announcements, price history and public classifications, then produces a dated note showing what changed and which source supports each line.

It is a reading aid. It does not execute trades, hold assets, manage money, or provide personalized advice.

Does BarnGlow tell me what to buy?

No. The product does not issue buy, sell or hold instructions, and it does not set a valuation level to act on. It describes a change and its source; the decision stays with you.

Nothing on this site or in a model output is a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

Who is it for?

People who already read filings or want to learn how to read them, and who want the source attached before they form a view. It is a reading tool, not a trading community.

What is a watchlist flag?

A watchlist is a list of symbols you choose to follow. When a new filing, announcement or unusual volume observation touches one of those symbols, BarnGlow can attach a dated flag. The flag is a pointer to the change, not an instruction.

B Data and limits

Where does the data come from?

Public filings, issuer announcements, a daily price and volume series, and a public industry classification. The methodology page lists each source family. We do not use paywalled research or private data.

Are the charts and reports live?

No. Every report and chart labeled as an illustrative sample is a format demonstration, not a current or historical statement about a security. It is not updated with the market and should not be treated as a price record.

What does “source trail” mean?

Each material figure or claim is tied to a named filing, announcement, or series and a location within it. The production view opens the relevant passage. If a source is missing, the note says so instead of filling the gap.

What if an output is wrong?

Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. A correction is reviewed against the cited source and, when accepted, dated and attached to the archived note. The methodology page lists the known failure cases: accounting-basis changes, one-off items, suspended or low-liquidity instruments, late or revised data, corporate actions, and filing-format differences.

Does BarnGlow cover every listed company?

No. Coverage focuses on US-listed common stocks and ADRs with English-language periodic filings. Thinly traded or non-reporting issuers may be outside the current set. A gap can be an error; report it and we will check.

C Text messages

How do I opt in to text messages?

Open the updates page at /updates, enter a US mobile number, and tick the optional consent box. The box is not pre-ticked and the form works without it. Consent is not a condition of using BarnGlow.

What text messages will I receive?

Marketing and promotional product updates: product feature announcements, workflow guides for reading public filings, new report-format releases, educational notes about public filings, occasional product offers.

These messages market the BarnGlow tool itself. They do not carry individual securities, trading calls, price forecasts, or performance claims.

Do the texts recommend a security?

No. The program promotes the product and how to use the public record. It does not name a security to buy or sell, issue a rating, suggest a position size, or tell you what the market will do next.

How often will messages arrive?

Message frequency varies with product announcements and campaign scheduling. The program is recurring but not on a fixed schedule. We do not send a daily market message.

What will a message look like?

The updates page displays all three registered examples. They are product marketing, not a securities recommendation or a live account state.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See the SMS Terms for the registered keyword list and the full auto-replies.

How do I stop or get help?

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also write to [email protected] or call (562) 648-0082. The keyword table and carrier notice are on the SMS Terms page.

Will my mobile information be shared?

No. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. The full statements are in the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

Is consent needed to use the product?

No. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or access to the site.
